Selling small items?

I have a question, if you all don't mind answering?

I'm cleaning closets, yuck!

I've got a small pile growing of "small stuff" I don't think I need to keep storing.

You know, stuff like... lots of rover videos, hats, key fobs, etc.

I'm wondering... if I sell them, what is a good (fair) asking price on videos? DVDs? Hats?

I think I might try listing them here before Ebay?

Geez, it's amazing how much stuff can accumulate when you buy little rover "goodies". Watch them once, then keep moving them around the house trying to find room to store them! I'm a total dumb bunny for buying so many hats! I've never even worn them!! I've got long hair and when I'm on the trail or out in mucky places, I wind my hair up and tie it in a bun on top of my head... hat's don't even fit on top of my head when my hair is up like that!! Even when my hair is down, hats blow off in the wind, so they're still useless to me. Duh! :smilelol:

As soon as I feel like it's getting close to complete, I'll probably start listing stuff here.

Maybe at 50% off retail price? All this "stuff" is still in brand new condition.

Finishing up school, and determined to migrate from full time active volunteer duty in emergency management and disaster response - I'm about to graduate into full-time paid employment status. Although I'm still praying to stay in my home area, I've been getting my resume and other required information sent out to various parts of the country.

When I started considering the possibility of relocating elsewhere, I realized that I'd have my very own personal disaster trying to move all my stuff!

Whether I leave or stay, I think it's going to feel good to have my closets cleared out a bit!! :applause:

I think I'm also going to list tee shirts.

Geez, I think I've purchased enough standard size "everyday" type tee shirts to clothe a small army. Another totally ridiculous purchase for me! I only wear tee shirts occassionally when staying overnight when participating in training events - and then, I only wear the gigantic size ones! I've got a pile of tee shirts I bought, washed, and remain neatly folded an stacked in a closet shelf.

Okay, here's my list of small stuff for sale.

To make things easier, I'm numbering each item so that you can just give me the "number" what you want. Item will stay available for sale until I receive your payment via PayPal. I am employing outside assistance to package & ship stuff, so shipping is $5.50 flat for each item. With the exception of the 2 appliqued sweatshirts because they are bulky and heavy. They're not that bad for just one package!

Perhaps I could have made that clearer... shipping is 5.50 per package, not 5.50 per item.

Unless of course, you buy more than will fit in one package or it gets heavy, then you might have to pay an additional $5.50.

since i am not jewish, that comment doesnt apply to me, however, some of the prices seem fair but lets be realistic........$5.50 to ship a hat?

i can buy a hat for $2 on ebay and pay $9 to ship it. still cheaper.

for arguements sake, lets say screw ebay and the cheap shit they have.........why won't you combine the items we would buy all at once and ship at one price based on weight? too much hassle i guess.
