Uncle:
It's a white plug, on your 95 should be on the passenger side, above the kick panel (or below the right edge of the glove box, depending on who pushed it where when it was last accessed). 14 is coolant thermistor (the one that controls the engine, not the one that runs the temperature guage).

On 95 and earlier models (OBDI) you disconnect the serial link mating plug to reset the on-board fault code display under the passenger seat.
