Series III 109, Stage One

As hard as it is, I have an opportunity to take advantage of, but it requires me to sell my beloved 109.

It is VINed as a 1974, however, given it having a V8, I suspect it is really a 1979.

Approximately 60K miles-the Km odometer reads 01001.

Left-hand drive.

I'm asking $12,500, OBO.

I have lots of pictures and can send them upon request, they are huge and will probably need to be sent in multiple e-mails.

Edit-terms of sale are cash, during banking hours. All funds will be verified by my bank prior to transfer of title.

I hope he's interested enough for me to send the 18 e-mails it requires to send the pics I have :)

It looks like a Defender because it has the V8 in it and they had to make it fit somehow:)

These were the last of the leaf-sprung 109s and they had the 3.5 litre V8.Everything is unique on these vehicles, and I haven't even been able to find concrete production numbers on them. I do know that there were THREE 88" Stage Ones, now THAT would be a keeper.

I bought this one because it was intact, complete, and unmolested. This is one of those trucks that if it were restored, it might be fodder for the Orvis auction site.

Some pics are on their way. Let me know if you need more and if there are any particular pics you'd like.
