Honestly that would be a good project for $1500-$2000. The rust was not as bad as I was expecting. I’d recommend an actual in person inspection. That frame might not actually need much work and this could be an easy engine replacement and a rear cross member replacement. You might even find a nice 5 bearing 2.25 out of an early 90 or 110 for cheap/free. Frame condition dependent, you could have a complete running 88” for under $10k.

I’m sure if you rolled up with a trailer to inspect it you could easily undercut the asking price by 20%-30%.
