Small expansion plugs

'96 Disco I, 4.0 litre Petrol engine.

Hello All

Today I finally got the small expansion plugs delivered (11mm, p/n PLQ449).
I know two go in the tappet angle holes from the top of the engine block but I can't remember if two also go in the holes above the cam shaft at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions. Six pix below.

Before I make a mistake (any MORE mistakes), please advise.

It appears the 11mm plugs go there but there is a passage within one of the ports so the plugs can't go in very far.Does anyone have a picture of the front of the engine ? I don't know if the plugs go in with the concave end first or last.
