Hi All,

I was on my way home from work Friday and noticed my SRS light was on. I connected my Autel AL619 and pulled the code below:

20 Open circuit fault in RH pretensioner circuit

So, I believe it has something to do with the front passenger seat belt pretensioner. What should I check/change first?

Will sum.

The second suggestion by BackInA88 worked. I disconnected the yellow wire coming from the seat belt located on the center console side. My connection was not loose, so I bent the metal prongs ever so slightly, very very little, with a tiny screwdriver. Sprayed both ends with electronic cleaner spray, let dry, then reconnected them. SRS has not come on in 5 days. Thanks to all who replied.

Thanks,

I think someone talked about putting a resistor into that circuit because the parts were expensive or NLA or something. I could be remembering wrong.
