Scored one of Troy Smiths very cool boxes for the tools, and as I drive it bit by bit more stuff is working. Interior lights have healed themselves, just need to get the headlights and more of th outside markers on. It is like my old truck but in reverse, the more I drive it the more it seems to work.
Looking at the wheels, they are white and I am thinking about going black with them? White roof, Limestone body. Thoughts?

Full Limestone...too many colors throw me off.
I would make the wheels match the roof, then have the body another color.

Check the grounds from the lights-that is most likely the issue-if not bad bulbs.

I have 33x10.50 bfg km2s on my 73 .I have a custom rim on it .I dont know the back spacing. They are great! Very quiet for a mud tire .How do I post pics of my rigs on here ?

Im on the wall .You can read about it ,and my red 69 series Defender 88 custom .Thats about half way down the wall page.I hope the pics go through.The rims and tires are off my 69 for the winter .Im storing the 69 in the garage, with the stock 73 tires on it.The 73 has a broken leaf on the drivers side ,but no clearance problems. The speedo if 5 mph off with the 33s. 60 should be 65mph

interesting, I am still considering a hybrid project. Maybe a mix of Series 2 and defender stuff with the V8 and coils, I have a possible Defender frame already.
I just went the other way. All stock series underneath, almost all defender outside. It works for me . Last year tok first place at the Vanderbuilt MG car show . Only truck at the event . Now its my show truck while the 73, is my every other day driver, Both trucks drive long distances,no problem! The truck is not a 10 footer.The paint is better than my 04 disco.

nah, I have a VW and the Volvo for hauling kids around. This is a weekend top off errand kind of thing. Still need to replace the RRC for real wheeling.
