I just picked up an '04 with 2 bad lock actuators (that both appear to get power).
The left rear and rear cargo door both don't unlock.

Replace them? Is there any other fix?

Do a search for door lock spring. There's plenty of info and this is likely your issue.

Parts: ~$5 from the UK on eBay
Labor: 2-3 hours to do yourself with common tools
Satisfaction of doing the job well yourself for cheap: priceless
