Finished putting the driveshaft on after a tornado narrowly missed us and took my first drive in Sir Alfred in like 15 months. 
You weren't kidding about flat spots! Really had to goose it like I was sitting in a rut to get it to roll. Only drove it out of the driveway and turned around so I could park it on the street. It was difficult without the interior in just sitting on the fuel tank. I was almost too low to be able to turn the steering wheel without dislocating my shoulder.
But it sure did feel good. Had a few neighbors come out to oogle since it's the first time the truck has moved under it's own power since I moved to this new neighborhood.
I'm pretty happy and what a great way to end 2010!!!
