Tune-up for Disco I?

Hi all,

Well I plan on tuning my '95 Disco this week.
I have ordered NGK plugs, factory wires, cap and rotor, air cleaner . . . the oil was just chaged 300 km ago, so that is fine, as well, I checked the diff and tranny fluid levels at the time and they were fine (diffs need a fluid change pretty soon).
What else can I do/replace for tune?
Is it possible to adjust the injectors? (Don't have a manual yet.)
Some sort of fuel additive or injector cleaner?
I saw BG44K mentioned when I did a search.
All the belts and hoses look good, no leaks.
Any advice would be great.
TIA

the silver things on the inside of the front wheels, there are three bolts on them. they are all square if my memory serves me correct. a drain a fill and a level, the bolt you should remove is adjacent to the steering stop. it would be wise to just drain the swivels and refill them. You shuold replace your flame trap and the little breather on the passenger side valve cover. have you replaced the fuel filter. Did you check the fluid in your transfer case?

no advice but you rover wil run soooooo much better after you do the tune-up, i just had one done a year ago and it runs like it has 40,000 miles on it instead of 140,000

Thanks all, I did the plugs and wires, dist. cap and rotor and it is already runing ALOT smoother. One thing though, all the tips looked good (light-grey color), but on the steel rim around the ceramic and the electrode every plug had harsh, slightly greasy, black, griity deposits. Is this carbon build-up/residue or somethng more sinister? I just had the oil changed and the mechanic mentioned nothing to me about debris in the oil. Do I just need a good Seafoam application, and will the Seafoam adversely affect my brand new plugs?
I will check my swivel balls this weekend.

TIA
