'96 D1. This past weekend, both the turn signals and hazard lights stopped working out of the blue. Both fuses are good.

I'm wondering if it's a relay. The catch is, I've scoured RAVE and haven't been able to figure out where it's located.

Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

could be the hazard switch or could be the timer module on the underdash fuse box

No relay only a flasher unit.

Additional scouring practice needed if you have the ETMs, if not get'em.

Location of flasher as robertf said.

Flasher Unit (Z128)

Manual Download

What's the ETM?
You can go here:
http://www.landroverresource.com/

Click and Save link that looks like this:
Land Rover Rave Service Manual large file warning 590MB

Takes awhile to download.
PDF "rave-lr" is in there and probably all you need. Save/Move on your drive where your other manuals reside. Open up, go to your vehicle type and you should be able to find the Manuals you desire at the time.

I've had the RAVE for years. I even reference it in my original post. As I understand it, the ETM is a different animal.

Well, shit. Eleven years in Rovers and I had never downloaded that.

I had always wondered where those magical closeup photos of electrical issues came from.

Thanks!
