Had a great weekend, about 100 trucks maybe? Dry trails made for good traction. That guy who rolled was solo, no rescue equipment. It did move under its own power after sitting all night on its side.

Unfortunately he didn't tell anyone what happened including the event organizers, so so none from the event went to help. I guess someone came across it after he left it that night and they posted pictures online. So the Jeeps were out there first thing flipping it over. They then proceeded to bash every every other Rover for not helping him. The comments are pretty wild. From the Jeepers saying they were "mission ready and capable and understood the mission " to " his Rover buddys couldn't be bothered to help him" By the time our group got out there the next morning, he was driving it back off the trail..

We rolled up at 10 and they were helping him, two Gladiators and a Lexus GX470. I thought they were the guys he was wheeling with, never occurred to me he was alone. I heard the rest of that at the dinner, he claimed no one helped him but no one remembers talking to him? Not judging since I was not there, but that would surprise me.

From what he described, he went up the trail and lost traction and momentum and was going to back down for another attempt. He came down too fast, did not turn passenger side down enough and the driver rear tire went up the bank, and flop.

The two guys in the Gladiator's were probably talking shit because we invited them to wheel with us and joked around with them a little bit about their trucks...they bailed immediately on us.

I was asking them, one guy had his 18 months, small list and 35s, no issues. The other guy had his just a couple of months. The Lexus was well set up.
