I have a 99 DII and have such a small leak in the side of my radiator, it dosen't even leak it burns away before it drips... But it bugs me and smells of anti-freeze all the time... Has anyone tried Bars leaks???

When it comes to the cooling system on your truck dont let a 3.00 bottle of Bars leak let you sleep better at night...fix the problem. You will be glad you did in the long run.

Take it to a rad shop, they should be able to put a small weld on it to do it right. Having read how these radiators foul up, I am sure the bars does not help there.

I have torn down engines where people have used radiator sealer, block sealer and head sealer and its all bad news for your coolant pasages it makes the flow area smaller and this stuff hardens up and GOOD LUCK getting it out its a pain, If you have the $$$$$$$ get it rodded while your getting it tig'd I have had a few discos and ther cooling system goes after awhile and bars leak wont help matters
