Water pump leak

Got myself a leak on my 03 D2. Started slow and kinda intermittent then got worse. It’s not from the bottom of the pump, this is how the last pump leaked about 6 or so years ago. This looks like it is coming from around a bolt so I’m guessing the gasket has failed. I’m going to tighten the bolt and see if that helps.
Anyone else encounter this?

Sealant on the bolt threads when installed? Three of them go into the water jacket.

I’m not sure. I had a shop put it on. What would be good to reseal?

Are you asking what sealant? Ultra grey/Toyota FIPG/Subary gray whatever would be best. I've used blue goo in a pinch and it has held up fine.

A contact adhesive is an exceptionally odd choice/suggestion for this application.
