What would you do?

As I mentioned in my last post, I took the car to the local shop to be certified and e-tested, which it passed, but wasn't cert. for couple of reasons.
But upon return I noticed SRS lights on (right part blinks), didn't return to the shop right away, had to rush to take my girl to her kung-fu classes.
Thought initially, 'oh, well you have LR and the problems that come with it', but my 2nd thought is that they've screwed something doing the inspection.
I don't want to become paranoid but I think I'm developing attitude 'don't touch my LR', and become suspicious of anybody doing that.
Is that a familiar feeling here, or should I see a shrink?
I'm just hoping a simple ($100!!) reset will do it.
It still perplexes me there is no way around it, but Testbook..

That means the airbag system isn't working. I'd like to think that if you showed back up at the shop and told them that they would be very interested in fixing it immediately. Thats a good way to go out of business.

I went there this morning to tell them what happened, the guy said: 'oh, take the battery lead off and it reset the condition'.
At this point I probably know more about LR then him.
I just asked him not to pay attention to the light when he certifies it after I do the brake/bearing job.
I'm just hoping that after the dust settles a simple reset will fix it.
Before that I'll do the battery test and all the jobs that may require disconecting it.

No way to fix without testbook. I'd demand they pay for towing to a dealership and provide a rental and cover the bill.
