Did a search and most the answers are 5+ years old. I'm looking for some quality covers for my 98. Not looking for those cheap waterproof ones. I want some snug fitting canvas (or similar) ones. I did a little research, but most the pictures show them on manual seats. I have power seats. Anyway, I'm looking for recommendations.

I don't know about consensus, but these are the nicest ones I've seen: Melvill and Moon, from South Africa. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I have a pair from Knightsbridge Overland for my D1 power seats which I like. They have been on the truck for approximately a year now and are holding up well.

I had the covers from Knightsbridge Overland on my D2 and I now have them on my LR4. They are great, don't slide around, I've never had to readjust them.

Jimmy, I have only seen one set in a truck but they looked fine to me. Small sample I know. I like the options on the Knigtsbridge.

I have a set of Knightsbridge covers and have seen many people with them on, as I'm from phoenix AZ and the company is based here.. They are the highest quality you'll see.. But they are not a "skin" style cover, and do fit lightly loose which is not what you may be looking for.. That being said for what they are they 're great, and provide amazing protection ..

The Knightsbridge covers are a bit baggy in the seat and seat back areas when first installed (i.e. just like the website photos) but they conform more to the seat shape with use. What I like about them is that they are completely waterproof so you can sit on them wet, muddy, spill coffee on them, etc. and nothing gets through and they clean right up. One of the main reasons I use them is that I have 2 kids in carseats in the back constantly rubbing their grubby shoes on the backs of the front seats. I just couldn't let that happen to my premium LR4 leather seats, LOL.

My 110 came with a set and they fit pretty poorly, IMO. Not nearly as bad as the discovery and Range Rover ones I’ve seen. Here’s a pic from Google. If I paid for these, I would have returned them.

Depending on your location this idea can be prohibitively expensive.

There was some discussion of LSEAT ( https://www.lseat.com/products/1996...-i-custom-real-leather-seat-covers-front.html ) but I don't recall the verdict on them.
Yes, agreed. Yet guess it depends on what you want as the end product. I still have the OEM Range Rover Waterproof seat covers and on occasion I put them on and while they do a great job just don’t like the feel. Realize they are not the same as those being discussed yet seat covers are just not the same as having a nicely feeling seat. They have saved my leather though over the decades.

Similar price point - but you have to remove the seats completely, remove the old ones and have some special tools to get the new ones on (or just take them to an upholstery shop). Anyone try these? They would be a good option considering the price.

I’ve got a set of Knightsbridge in my RRC. They’re not intended to be factory replacements, they are made to withstand whatever abuse you want to throw at them. The material is very stout, basically bomb proof. After almost 4 years, they haven’t lost the battle against grease, water, fire or anything else I’ve managed hit them with.. Just my .02
