Here's a question I ask myself when dealing with businesses.
If it's this hard to get info on a part or order a part, what's it going to be like if I have a problem with the part or need to return it??

That said, I think Will very recently moved his whole operation and things may not have settled down yet.

works fine for me, emailed on Monday, shit was in the driveway Wed. last week. Email is usually the most efficient if what you need is simple. He is finishing up a move.
