Ordered torsion axles and steel to make this happen. I'll figure out fenders after I get tires for this thing. Planning on going with a 15" rim.

Hey get on up to the Disco tech section. Maybe you can get that cooling system modification going. Your children deserve better than your crappy stock cooling system.

I need to do something different with the trailer jack. With the box mounted it won't fold back and it isn't long enough anyway.
Thinking about possibly using some kind of pop up leveling jack.

I'm really interested in your feedback on the Timbren. When I asked they couldn't supply anything less than 2000 lb for the configuration I wanted. Would have preferred 1200 lb in my case so still on the fence. Also interested in your hitch choice if you care to elaborate. Thanks,

The hitch is a Lock N Roll. https://locknroll.com/
It moves in all axis and is a lot quieter than a ball hitch.
To get the 4" lift, I went with the 2k Timbren.
I'll take it camping this week to see how they perform.
