WTB: LR3 w/rear locker - Western USA

I'm looking to join the land rover club! I'm looking for an LR3 in the western states. I live in Central Oregon and while i would consider a fly-and-drive for a killer deal on my dream rig, i'm hoping for something closer (besides, midwest and east coast rigs tend to be rusty).

• Rear locker mandatory
• Substantial rust is a deal-breaker
• Good condition with maintenance records OR dirt cheap so i can have everything serviced/repaired
• would love to have
  • charcoal, green or red color (I don't care as much for the silver, black or white)
  • heated seats
  • memory seat controls (is that even a thing on these?)
  • cool bolt-ons and upgrades may be neat but may not be worth a lot of extra... depends on what they are I suppose
• pristine cosmetic condition is not critical

Just as a fyi, you can always add a ARB locker to a LR3. It might open up your search.

I'd heard that the oem locker comes with stronger axles, which suggests to me that the standard axle shafts maybe aren't up to the task of transmitting the full torque output if one wheel has no traction. Plus I didn't get the impression that the oem locker was rare. If it turns out to be hard to find then I may consider the ARB.
