Ok Colorado people,

Mine sweeper for next sunday. We were not able to complete iron chest because of snow. (someone guessed right.) So we did Tin Cup. Nice trail but a bit scary near the top...there was snow and one section about 100 ft long toward the top was off camber. At the top we turned around..the rest of the trail is closed by forest service because of errosion so we headed back down. That is where it got scary. Anyway...made it back unscathed and had a great time.

On the way back to Colo springs we stopped to look at mine sweeper. No snow at all and had it not been 3:00pm we would have tried it. Trail looks extreemly difficult. If anyone has done it or knows anyone who has I would love to get some feedback.
Anyway, the plan is to hit that trail next sunday. The trail head is on hwy 50 south of mt princeton. Same invitation as usuall.

I am crossing my fingers that it is still clear. If there is snow we will probably hit chiaman's gultch. Also, we are thinking about droping into independace trail just to take a look at it on the way up.

Nothing will stop me.....heheheheheh.....oh yes.....nothing will stop me.

Indy? Damn, just seeing pictures of those rock buggies eating shit had me convinced.

Yeah, I'm still waiting for my roofrack before I give it shot. Until then, I stick to the pebbles. :)
