Trails in Eastern North Carolina

I know portsmouth island it deserted and there are NO facilities but that there is an abandoned and maintaned old town in the center...could be interesting. If you really want to get crazy, try Croatan NF. Never tried it but I've heard its one big mud hole. You won't find my rig going there anytime soon!
