The towns in my area don't seem to be interested in assisting me in finding trails to ride in the northeastern part of IL. Seems most people in my area just rather commute and go shopping with their rovers and are appalled if they get a little dirty. I'm looking for some simple trails, since I'm a novice and wish to take the family along. |

Hey James, only "trail" near by is Badlands ORV park in Attica, Indiana 700 acres of trails and sand dunes to test your stock rig. There is also Lake Geneva raceway in Wisconsin, but you have to join a club(CLRC) or go with a dealership outing.Check out some of the photos in trail section under Attica,Attica2 and Badlands or my photo gallery under Alen babayan to see if thats something you would like to hit. let me know how i can help. Cheers Alen |

off-roading in Illinois - oh god, that's a good one! You have to go to WI or MI for any non-park offroading. Contact Chicago Land Rover Club for their event to the Nicolet Nat'l Forest in mid-April. www.chicagolandroverclub.com |
