There are some trails in Dayton, TN. They call them the Kinzlow Trails. Dick Kinzlow ownes about 6000 acres up there and has made some awesome trails. His trails are not blocked off, but I would contact him before running the trails. This guy can get you his number: Ron Bomhoff 604-654-3172 Ron lives in CA and is a big wig with GM and Hummer. He gets a trail ride in there every year. |

Etna Mtn is some of the toughest around. a lot of cab trucks go there. carefull though, you can't go in by the hwy patrol sttion now because of the new subdivision. Owl Hollow ison the back side of white oak mtn. go to exit 20 on 75 and head west and loop around towards the landfill and then look for the trails. can't remember the exact way by memory i usually feel it out. |

Owl Hollow got closed down--some kids got jumped there...one got shot. Anyway, the owner of the property now is a dick, and he prosecutes. Besides, I'm not positive, but I think there's a fence up now. I don't plan on going to check... Never been to Dayton, but I've got some friends who live up there and they say a lot of good stuff about the trails. Prentice Cooper is pretty good, and Monteagle is, too. Where is Etna Mountain? |
