I may be able to help though, I will be spending the next two weeks in Beckley. I can ask around about off highway trails in the area. They stay in Beckley at the Country Inn. There is some old Coal Mining land over there that was going to be made public. Peabody Coal Mining Co. owned it I think. It may have been in Montgomery. I got to hear all about them from the staff. But nobody seemed to know where they went off roading.
