By the 12th of December you will probably be Christmassed out! Forced shopping with the significant other, company christmas parties, etc. Well, here is a way to push back the madness! You are invited to join the Old North State for the season closing trail ride at Uwharrie on December 13. The Uwharrie trails will not open again until April. Join Us! Details Trail ride on 13 December, 2002 in the Uwharrie National Forest. We will meet at the Outpost gas station on 109 just north of Troy, NC (see directions using the link below) Trail ride starts at 10:00 am please be at the Outpost by then. Allow a few extra minutes for fuel and supplies if that is necessary. Plan to be out until about 3:00 pm. Camping is available. Plan for lunch on the trail.
