Thought I would pass this on. Southernjeeps.org is having a rally to let the government know how much this trail is still needed. They are trying to get 500 4x4's together. Please take the time to look at this and sign up!!

Here are the proposed changes http://www.fs.fed.us/conf/sopa/toccoa/rich-mtn-ea.pdf

Jodi,

If you would like to learn more about the efforts in saving Rich Mtn come to the next Solaros meeting this Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at 7:30 PM at Logan's Roadhouse on Mansell Road (Exit #8) just west of GA 400.

Someone from the club went to the latest forest service meeting representing Solaros and SFWDA. He will be giving a recap of the forest service meeting at Wednesday's Solaros meeting.

For more info on Solaros go to http://www.solaros.com

P.S. There are interesting discussions and progress regarding Anderson Creek trails as well.

Excellent. I will try my best to make it, and to meet some of you. Hope you don't mind a 'non-rover' joining you for the evening.
