I looked on the SOLAROS website and saw the link for this rally.

Is anyone else going?

Hill,
I'm thinkin' about it but its a long way to go to drop off a letter and drive down the black top in a parade. It is for a good cause but I would like to know if anyone is going wheelin'/camping afterwards. I'm going to try to find out more. If I can I'll post it here.

Good, hopefully someone from around there will chime in and let us know if there is a place nearby that we can go to. It seems to me that if you get all those veihcles together some of them will want to go wheelin' too.

I got a response from a member of Solaros and some of them might be heading to a place called Beasley Knob after the event so I'm thinkin' more about going. He said the going was pretty rough at B. Knob so I'm gonna' ask more about trail conditions there before I commit.

Hill,

Perry cannot make it tomorrow. I know a good beginner trail on the way home from Blue Ridge that we can go to. With your truck still stock you do not need to be going to Beasley Knob. There is also a good camping spot by this trail that I could show you if you were going to camp.

Look for me at the Rally. I will be in a maroon Discovery I. If you read this message today post whether or not you are up for it so I can plan accordingly or email me at robb-sundmaker@msn.com.

Hill,
Sounds great! We should be there about the same time in a White D1.

I will be in a white DII. Robb said he will be in a maroon D1. If I get there first I will try and save a couple of spots.

Perry and Robb,

I am sorry about this morning. I was awaken by my girlfriend and a extremely sick animal very early. We ended up having to take her cat for emergency surgery. That is why I couldn't make it to the rally. I thought that I would be able to catch up with you guys later, but Robb's phone isn't picking up.

Just wanted to let you know what happened.

Hill

I heard it was a good time. I got the opportunity to talk with Robb last night. I was really excited about that run. He told me about what happened to his truck. That sucks! I will check my schedule about Tellico.
