I have a 1995 Discovery. Dark Green. Loaded - all the stuff - leather seats, 2 jump seats, 2 power sun/moonroofs, power windows, keyless entry, alarm, AM/FM/CASS/ with a 12 CD changer (that is hooked into the factory system) under the front seat, Towing hitch. It has a ton of miles on it but runs fine. The clutch is slipping so it will need a new one soon. The tires are decent. 4wd works great. $3,900 OBO. Email me at jpetrillo@dcpositive.com for more info.

242,000 I think. The odometer works, but it is hard to tell if it is 232 or 242, so I am guessing higher.

"the guy who made that one got laid the night befor by twins"

Now that is funny....because it's probably true. I hope my '95 lasts that long.

I am not sure what has been done on it. I bought it with a lot of miles on it. There is some thought that it was towed behind an RV (which could account for some of the miles). Basically, when you put it in gear, it goes in hard and the clutch squeals. Someone said it might be the throw-out bearing and the clutch. I am not a mechanic... so not really sure.

Mine will have to last a quarter of a million miles so I can finish paying for it. Clutch squeal when the clutch is depressed is usually a throwout bearing. Hard to put in gear could be clutch problem, depends on pedal feel.

I guess it is the throwout bearing then because it goes into gear fine. It doesnt squeal all the time, once it gets warmed up and on the road it is not as bad. And it seems to be between first thru third gears.
