Removing the luggage cover for a 97 HSE?

I am trying to remove just the luggage cover in the back of a hse RR. It is the cardboard like piece that you can fold over the trunk, so people outside the vehicle can not see what you are storing in the trunk. Is there any easy way to remove this item?
