If anyone buys this rig, I have a VERY cool "Defender" Watch, that retails for $300.00 It is new, all Stainless Steel and very well made. water-proof to 100 meters, with date window and relief valve. screw in stem, DF 3000 series. I will sell, or trade it to a Defender owner for ????? in trade, or $200.00 in cash

O.K. Alan...I didn't know it was considered "Taboo", so I won't repeat my performance. Is there any way I can remove this post? I did not purpose to offend anyone here! Later

I don't think you can remove the post now. A moderator will probably have to do that but don't worry about it. If the moderators don't like it, they'll remove it.

You can post a separate thread in this section for your watch if you want. Will probably get more hits than being tacked onto the end of another unrelated thread. But if you sell it off of here, remember to make a donation to Dweb.

Why would you want to trade a D-90 for a Disco??

When mostly all Rovers owners wish they could go the other way!

Hi Everyone,

With summer approaching fast and the fact that I still have not worked out a trade…… here is what I am going to do.

For the next week or two I am going to offer the Defender at $26,300 OBO and include the following items OME 2” lift springs, OME Long Travel Remote reservoir shocks, Rover Tracks HD drag link and Heavy Duty high clearance tie rod that are currently installed as part of the deal.

OME springs and OME LTR shocks cost approximately $1100.00
Rover Tracks HD drag link $144.95
Rover Tracks HD High clearance tie rod $210

If I do not sell the Defender in the next week or two I will be removing the above mentioned items and putting the Defender on Ebay.

Thanks,

Dave Lucas

Sell the D90 and get a 95 RRC SWB. I got the 95 SWB, i just gotta sell the sexy blue disco so I am able to play with the SWB

with what you could use by selling the D90, a 95 SWB would by right up your alley (or at least in one of my garage spots)...TDI or RPI 4.6, R380...

Dave, I've gat an 97 XD you can now purchase with that excess cash... 72K stock except for the NRP exhaust and the Polymer floor in the roof rack. 18500, in Central Florida, clear title and in possession, now.
