I am selling "Henry" my 1998 Discovery LE 63.9k miles to date. Recently I have had to do a great deal of up keep on the Rover($3000.00) and I am being forced to sell due to reliability issues. I am still staying within the Rover family however, the 2003 I am looking @ has a WARRANTY!  Henry has 1) new tires 2) new fan clutch, 3) new fan belt, 4) 60K mile service done at LR dealership 5) new brake pads 6) new Upstream 02 sensors 7) LRNA has agreed to replace the cat converters (both were blown) 8) New battery M34 What does Henry still need?? Power steering pump is leaking and I can not fix it( it is the crimp style clamps) LR wants 400.00 to fix, I do not have the time to replace the clamps now nor tear apart the power steering. My pictures of Henry are too large to upload(1.2MB) ..But I will be more than happy to send pictures to any one that is interested! Make Offer !! EXTRAS=== side step bars, rear tail covers, and front brush bar( I had removed the brush bar to repaint but I have re-installed recently).. I am not sure yet if the Thule Ski Rack stays?? I have done all the work on Henry myself(except the 60K mile) --Have all recpts. for repair work/parts. Please feel free to contact me @ [email protected] Lastly, I bought Henry with 52K miles on him, all the miles that I have driven are between Oklahoma City--Dallas--Austin( mostly highway)..He has seen mud twice in his life with me . | ||
