I recently started building my rig up, 1999 LR Disco 1, and bought this bumper about a month ago. I tried to sell it locally and decided to go ahead and mount it. It has been on for a very short period of time. I am willing to deliver this and even go so far as to install this bumper for you. I am selling because I just bought a cheap winch and it would cost to much to attempt to convert this bumper. I would be willing to trade with someone that wasn't using their winch mount bumper. I could deliver for a super low fee from Interstate 40, runs across country in the south, from Tennessee to Colorado. It would have to be close to the interstate unless you live in TN. I will be willing to work with anyone interested. Thankyou..Kevin

Kevin,
What are you looking at getting to mount the winch on? I'm in western N.C. and would love to see some pics. I now have a genuine LR winch mount and wraparound brushguard. I am curious as to how much it'd be to convert it to be winch accessible. If you got any pics i'd love to see them. rover7592@yahoo.com

Hey Garrett,
If you head over to the Disco Tech Area of this discussion panel, you will find that I have posted a thread there. I had someone kindly post some pics of their fabricated bar on there. I don't think it's going to cost me anything if mine is done. I have a friend that would be willing to give me some scrap steel and actually do the welding as well. I love the ARB, but I would rather sell it and just buy a winch mount from NorthwestP's for 450 plus shipping. I'll be sure to send you pics, if and when I get it converted.

Kevin where did you get your roof rack? Saw you in town the other day, thought I'd ask.....You need to come out with myself and Adam Ross, we hate being the only 2 rovers on the trails out there with a bunch of jeeps......

Hey Brian,
The rack is form Northwestparts.com I actually found out about the roof rack from Adam Ross. I have seen you around Tech and what not, and I think over by Kmart the other day. I plan to get my lift on this weekend so it would be great to hit the trails with you guys soon. I know what you mean about being surrounded by those arrogant jeep owners, (Jk jeepers).

Your rack looks pretty good to be a NWP. Did you have any trouble fitting it? I have a buddy who plays rugby with me who is a welder and he said he could some diamond plating if you were thinking of filling it in and making a floor? Just a thought...... but yeah definitely, and if you need any help with that lift (if your doing it in c-town) just let me know, I've put one on before....
