Has anyone put a stand alone tent on there wilderness roof rack? I was thinking a northface tree frog mite work. but before I spend the loot I was hoping for input. I have a D1 and my rack is 4'.5" X 7' thanks for the help.

i use my Northface Lunarlite on my Wilderness. fits perfectly up there. don't think they still make that tent, but i am sure there are plenty around.

i checked around and couldn't find any digital images of it on the truck. if i find something i will post. basically the wider part of the tent faces the back of the truck making exiting easier.
i am assuming you have a floor or some decking on top of the rack. 1/16" steel or some marine plywood works.
