I'm new. Let's get that out of the way. If this has been brought up before just tell me to [your favorite expletive here].

What about a feedback section for dealers and vendors? Just a short cut for every time someone asks, "What's the service like at XYZ Shop?"
Limit it to one feedback per registered user per dealer/vendor so it doesn't get flooded. Something like eBay with positive-neutral-negative and then a large sized comments section.

Then all you do is make an alpha list of all the dealer/vendor names people have commented on with a table next to it, showing how many of each rating they got. Click on the vendor name and you get all the comments.

Might be a handy resource in the future and obviously help reward the constantly good dealers/vendors.
