A friend of mine bought a Jeep Grand and is interested in doing some mods. Are there any sites as helpful as Discoweb? |

or you could go to pirate 4x4.com but they rarely treat newbies well but you can find all the mods on planet earth overthere. |

i would not reccomend pirate 4x4.com. saying they don't treat newbies well is an understatement. most of them live off the assumption that unless you have a hard core trail rig and beat the hell out of it every weekend, then you're wasting their time. |

The site is dedicated to hard core trail rigs that get beat to hell every weekend, if you don't have one then you probably are wasting their time just like if someone were to come on this site without a Rover, they would probablly be wasting our time. I wouldn't be so quick to trash them, I troll the site every now and then just for shits and giggles and have seen them recommend this site as an excellent source for general maintenance and light modifications many times. |
