Why does LR have such a huge backorder on bumpers for a '99 D1? In an earlier post, I mentioned that mine came out of the shop with a different bumper, due to lack of availability of my model (w/o driving lamp cutouts). You'd think their supplier(s) would welcome the additional business! Just a random thought.

Mary-
I have not had any problems getting the D2 bumpers w/ fog cutouts from Rover... Make sure your supplier is ordering the correct part number...

I suppose you are talking about the valence under the front bumper.
