Let me get this out of the way first: Shaddup, gp, LOL! Yup,it's KJ checking in from the islands, cooperating with her favorite, well, one of her favorite addictions. Just came from dinner, and they were playing a Buffett CD and I was reminded when I heard "Boat Drinks" that I still didn't know what one was. So, who knows???? And FYI Garrett, I'm powered by rum punch and Caucaisians tonight. Rum punches, which I never drink, from the Manager's meet-and-greet party, and the rest on my own.

I've seen a few Discos and a Rangie or two, but that's expected down here as this is still a British Crown Colony. First D 110 I ever rode in was down here, years ago. Shitty ride in the jump seats and I've never forgotten the great feeling I had doing it! Oh well, back to the salt mines, it's a dog's damned life down here! TTYL!

Karen :)

Margaritas baby!!! ALWYAS!
KJ-where are you? My fiance and I are trying to decide on a honeymoon destination, and b/c of the Buffett in my blood, I'm voting for the islands. But not the Caribbean again, I need the Pacific. Any suggestions?

Muskyman, holy COW! Who knew???? Nope, afraid I couldn't begin to dent the list!

Sus, the Caribbean never gets old to us, and we've been down and around here for a lot of years. We're in the Turks and Caicos right now, which technically is in the Atlantic, but who's counting? Pacific, I'd go to Cook Islands, and then New Zealand, but that would be a long trip. GREAT trip, but long if you did it right.

To stay on topic (yeah, like THAT happens!), we saw another Rangie last night. They drive like banshies down here and the roads are hell on shocks. I guess LRs last, as everything else is far newer, and looks like hell! TTYL!

"I shot six holes in my freezer...I think I've got cabin fever..."

Where is Christmas Island?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. My fiance has never been to the Islands...so I definitely want it to be special. We have an 'opportunity' (gift) to fly anywhere in the WORLD, so I want to make it as far from the USA as possible in case we may never get there again! We were thinking Australia/New Zealand (though the further south may be too cold--Wedding is in May), and I know I want to combine the elements of beach, snorkeling, sun, and rain forest. PLUS, it has to be somewhere with ROVERS so we can take a safari! I think i'm going to start a separate thread for this discussion...

HAVE FUN KJ!!!

carter,

they walk the beachs looking for nervous water, then when the school of a hundred+ bones move onto the tiny flats they hit them with a fast cast on 7weights...50 fish days all the time

and there are also grouper up to 200lbs that move into 2 feet of water looking for land crabs picking through the shore break....on 12/13 weights your lucky not to get bottomed with 500yrds of backing

like I said someday

boat drinks the boys in the band ordered boat drinks

yeah he will be getting the, "please email me at.........." from Ho. i live in fear everyday now.
well Karen just be careful down there. try and keep from hitting on the local cabana boys too. and those cheap lines that you may use in the states just don't work down there.
make us proud too. try and hit everything there on muskeymans list. but one at a time......pace yourself. i mean you're no spring chicken anymore!! :) (have not said that in a while and needed to get it out)

Drink well.

don't use the word "jerked" around her. feeble minds can't input such language while under the influence. :)
fear the old? indeed i do every time i pass one doing 25 mph in the left lane. i will be sure and give you time to pull to the right next time.
and please go easy on the stool softeners down there!!

gp,

I'm only sober enough to say this: You weren't raised right. O.k., o.k., I'll admit the truth. I don't have my glasses and can barely see this keyboard, THAT make you happy????? LOL!

Musky:

Yup, all the jerked chicken one could ever want. Of course, only we OLD folks have the dough to buy such niceities....WOO-HOO! Go Grey Panthers!

Karen, signing off.....blindly.....
