see Formatting to the left under Documentation and look for Images, Attachments, and Clipart section.

set up a account first
goto "formatting" to the left of screen and scroll down to "Images, Attachments, and Clipart" and it tells you how
then try it in the "Practice area"

watch out - no spaces between 'image' and '{'
And keep the size to the limit - I thinks its about 70KB (about 640x480) for a jpg |
