Well Folks,

It's hard to believe, but my year long assignment in Philly has come to an end. Tomorrow is my last day here and then it's back home to NC. I have met many wonderful people traveling around the US and England this year, but there are too many people to list (you all know who you are). Special Mention goes out to Garrett; I will never look at the Amish or the Olsen Twins the same again. :)

Hopefully, I can dig up some action near my home in Coastal North Carolina. Well, I am off to a Flyers game....

Later Meat Burgler. Keep in touch, and I don't mean that in a literal sort of way.....
So when's the BOC going to storm the beaches at NC? Keep me on the list pal, I'm there!

We'll miss you dude! Be REALLY careful with the pig until Saturday, you wouldn't want to damage it before you go! Be sure we'll be done to play in the spring if not sooner!

and those amish ladies will not be the same again either Paul. i tell ya....once you get a hankering for 'em ya just can't shake 'em. those little buggies can move can't they!! you might want to consider coming back to PA for an annual event. (we can make a name up later). too bad you will be missing the 'take it to the streets' festival tomorrow. i am going to still try and make it down. just call the Warwick Hotel and ask for the room with the trampoline!
keep the hands at 10 and 2. talk to you later.

Paul,

just a reminder - we need to hook up for some trail hunting when you get settled in. I don't really know of many decent spots in my area (I am tired of riding the beaches) maybe we can find some up in Jacksonville. Either way - let's get dirty.

Marc,

While flying around in the V-22, I have spotted some "hidden" trails in my area which are located on Marine Corps property . Since the Marines are my customer, I should be able to hook something up. We just have to be careful of the tanks that haul ass through those areas. I don't think my ARB could handle a head on with a 60 ton M1A1 at 60 mph! Some of the locals have said there is a trail in Verona...we'll have to see.

Randy, if you do take the afternoon off, you and Paul go over to Cunninghams and I'll come there straight from work to meet you. Hell, I'll even buy the two of you a beer. :)

Paul, I know it's a helluva drive, but we're heading up around Boone on the 7th if you want to join in. I've never been on the trails there. Supposedly they range from moderate to very hard, depending on what line you take. Have a safe trip regardless.

The trails in Blowing Rock are on Globe Road...Just go into Blowing Rock and ask any local and they can point you in the right direction. The trails used to be state maintained along time ago, but now they are open to four wheel on. Greg, what way are you guys going up there?
