So, I've decided to build a small website for d-webbers, and friends to get LR parts for cheap. I'm not trying to sell anything, or whatever, but I need criticism. What parts do you need the most, what do you need, etc. I'm trying to get something set up where the markup is close to nothing...If you need to take a cheap shot at my post, then F.O, otherwise I'll help you out.

Gimme some feedback dudes.

I still don't see a price for bumpers or lockers.

"

FWIW...ARB lockers are 598 now(used to be like 575) at discount rovers....pretty cheap to me.... compared to the usual 650...

You know, a nice low price on the safety devices rack would be nice.

Or maybe a deal where you ship the racks via greyhound or some other cheap method that is to big of a hastle for most larger operations to mess with, just a thought.

well, $589 on northwestparts.com ain't bad at all. plus there's no 'bend over' shipping that ARB always pulls.

i'm working on a new shipper in town, and may be able to help with the racks.

The site is fine. However, in all reality, I don't give a shit if it the ugliest site on the planet. At those prices, it really doesn't matter what the site looks like! $150 is also an awesome deal for locker setup. I wish you the best. Maybe it is time to swap my TT for an ARB...hmmmmmm......

yep, I got that price from sams offroad then called Rocky Road Outfitters (www.rockyroadoutfitters.com) who will beat any ARB price by $10 and got mine for 535.95. They drop shipped it from Washington and it was in Baton Rouge in just under 2 weeks.

$559 is for all vehicles including ford, tacoma, xterra, etc...which is a damn good price considering they're all different sized....i guess i should put each individual price on there...dwebbers get a discount.

email me if you're serious. I'll make it worth your while.

Looks great Andy!

I just sent my fiance an email about the bullbar b/c he has Ford Explorer Sport and was looking at them.

I don't think I'm ready for one for my truck...yet.

Congrats!

Hold on there boys....he's the one making more money right now...and his car is almost paid for...mine has four more years!

I took off the damn side steps--what more do you want from me?! :)

Plus, I don't think I can offroad right now anyway-I've still got a bum neck. Driving 2 miles down a drive river bed during Thanksgiving almost did me in!

I'm gonna get a brush guard...eventually!

Yeah, but come on a bull bar on an exploder???? You should be thanking god for the day you hit a deer or something in that thing so you can take the insurance money and get something else. You need to convert him. :)

BOY! You are MEAN!
I'm trying...actually, after MAR he decided he wants a Rover. But he wants a RR Classic so we can rig it out for off road. We'll keep the Explorer b/c it's in great shape and is a good daily driver. I drove it last week off road and it's not too bad.
But, of course, my Rover is the best!

I'll let you know if there are any explosions Carter!! I do know a few people who've had bad Explorers, but I had a 1992 (although it was 2wd and essentially worthless) that was great and his has been really good.
He beat out a new Montero yesterday when a friend couldn't get up their driveway!!! We are both getting cocky about the capability of our cars!

What happened to the ARB prices? they went from low to high and now they're not low any longer.

Phil it looks like this is what happened (taken from his web page):

"All online retailers for ARB products are now required to list their prices in accordance with Manufacturer Suggested Prices. PLEASE email us for normal pricing. We won't be undersold."
