It's a Festivus miracle snowman!!!!!!!

We actually have a Festivus pole over here, isn't that sad???, You should have seen the look on the guy at Lowes' face last year when we told him we needed a tree stand that would fit the piece of metal pipe one of my friends was holding. We went on to explain Festivus to him and why we celebrate it, he then got VERY scared when we all loudly proclaimed it to be "another Festivus miracle" when we found a stand that would hold the pipe up. Yeah, there is an over abundance of spare time around here sometimes.

I am thinking of celebrating Festivus this year, mainly for the "Airing of Grievances". But seriously (did i say that?) Seinfeld is the one thing that no matter how depressed I get, I can think back to certain shows and laugh out loud all by myself. Absolutely the most creative writng ever on North American television.

Yes, we have the annual "Airing of Grievances" dinner at Waffle House every year. Then we go home and have the "Festivus Feats of Strength", of course this part of the holiday has always been particularly mysterious and we don't remember much about ours either except that there was lots of arm wrestling and at one point someone got a pretty big bruise crushing a beer can on their head. We need to make tapes this year.
