When I try printing from Internet Explorer or Micro. Outlook, I get an error:

An error has occured on this script page.
line: 1047
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.

Outlook gives a different numbered error.

Please help!

What are you trying to print? Have you tried Netscape?

Reboot. If that doesn't work, un-install and re-install your printer driver.

Guys thanks for the help. I reinstalled the printer driver, and I rebooted about 15 times. I've searched the net for solutions, found others with the same problem but with no solution. From what I've learned, its an explorer 6 problem. I can print anything I want except from explorer or outlook. For outlook, the error says accesss denied. I guess I'll downgrade to explorer 5 if nothing else works.

Bill... like I said try Netscape... it may work and you'll get a more secure browser. Even Opera is a better option IMO.

Linux. Have you tried linux?

:-) just kidding ... sort of ...

You could also try reinstalling Internet Explorer and Microsoft office. Seriously. But like Al said, try Netscape, or Opera.

Yea, and microsoft rigged their software to work better with explorer (or vis versa). Isnt that one of the reasons they were getting sued?

When's the last time you used Netscape? Or Mozilla. IE is the biggest POS ever made but MSFT has everyone using it. You get poor SSL security caused by Windows but somehow only affects IE and not any other browser. You get ALL your URLs visited logged into a hidden file (not viewable within Windows) and I won't even go into the problems with Lookout. :)

Al, actually I have both at work. Netscape doesnt seem as easy to use, but maybe its because I'm more familiar with IE. However, when I first started using the internet back in 96, I used Netscape.

Jesse, that good karma will come back to you. I'm glad someone else is helping others see the light. :)
