I ordered a decal from him about a month ago and he charged my PayPal account. He has not responded to any of my emails, and the product has not arrived. I understand he is in the UK, has anyone ever purchased from him?

I ordered a sticker from him and it took about 6 weeks to receive it. I would probably not worry to much.
