Since there are only 250 of these vehicles in NA, maybe we can try to track them down, worth a shot, maybe we can get a counter going or something? I have one and know personally of 2 others in the greater toronto area.
thats 3 plus the one for sale in calgary
thats 4....

I think there are two of them in Edmonton owned by the same guy but can't be positive that they're XD's. They're yellow and late 90's model so guessing they are. |

I am not in the gallery, mostly because i have yet to be able to post a photo, nor do I know how to be added to the gallery. In any case, I own a 97 XD located in San Diego, CA with the following:
OME HD springs
Bilstein Shocks
Goodyear MTR 235/85's
ARB non-airbag bull bar
Trek sliders
K&N filter
Bullet exhaust
There is another XD here in San Diego as well, so that accounts for 2 more! |

I own an XD which is definitely not stock, and love it. I am in the gallery, but alot has changed since then. Here are a few of the current mods.
Rovertym Front Bumper w/custom mounting mods and deer whistles
Superwinch S9
Six(6) Hella 4000s custom wired
Rovertym HD rock sliders with step
Rovertym 3" suspension with heavy rate spings
265/75r16 Dunlop Rover R/Ts
GCR 16x7 steel wheels
ARBs front and rear
GBR HD rear shafts
Custom front drive shaft (not from GBR but still rub the passenger side cat)
Aluminum floor for roof rack
Custom two drawer storage box in the loadspace
Laptop table for GPS laptop
Gage cluster for engine temp, oil pressure and current draw
CB radio with loudspeaker
Assortment of dents and scratches
There is alot more detail work I did to suit me, I just can't remember it all.

The "XD" in Steve Williams' gallery is actually a 96 Eco-Challenge Discovery. If you want to count those few, there is a teacher here at my school who has one. And I know one got totaled; the owner of LR Greensboro was driving it, and a girl hit him a few years ago. I think there were 12 EC's all total.

I will see what I can do. I have to find a digital camera if I can't find the pics I took. I recently moved so alot of things are still in boxes.
