I looked the other day and my tail light has some moisture in it. I looked on the lens and I don't see any cracks? Does the seal behind the light go bad??

The rear lights are accessable from inside of the vehicle. Regardless the status of the lamp/body seal, it is quite possible to get moisture inside of the lens from the humidity in the vehicle. Old joke involved with this.

Joke goes like this: Toyota decided they wanted to find out how air tight there vehicle was, so they placed a rabbit inside, shut the windows and doors and closed the vehicle for the night. The next day the rabbit was dead. Land Rover tried the same thing, but the next day the rabbit was gone.

My '02 DII came with a defective seal on the right rear tail light. It let in a bucketfull of water until I noticed it a few months into ownership by the condensation inside the lens. The dealer replaced the whole assembly under warranty. Good luck!
