Well, I suppose an advantage is that when it gets stuck you don't need a winch - easy enough to pick it up and move it where you want it...

Funny, I was out here in Utah wheeling north of SLC and was out of my truck examining a line on a nasty muddy steep downhill. I was drawing blanks on how to go down it without having my ass come around in the middle of the hill. I heard something coming down the trail from behind me so I go to move my truck and up comes a Geo Metro! The two guys get out and ask if I need help. I tell them I was scouting the route and they offer some beta. They then tell me they never saw a disco on a trail before, I said well I never saw a geo metro on a trail before. They let me check out their car. It had a 2" lift, snow tires on the stock rims, full interial roll cage, everything that added weight striped out, side windows replaced with plexy glass, hopped up engine. They told me they built it for hill climb races and wheeling. They said it goes really well, they get stuck and lift by hand out of holes. I watched them go down the hill I was on without a problem. I wimped out and found a easier way down.

no lie, I have seen a lowered dodge tearing it up in the hills and on trails, it must have been 25 years old, and lowered!
