The Disco threw me a code 14 fault, coolant temp thermistor, run continuity test number 14... Referring to my ETM, I could not find the continuity test. A quick call to my preferred parts distributor only provided me with the method to test that the ECU is communicating to the sensor, not the hot or cold resistance readings. Anybody got the test method? How about an ohmmeter and a sensor? Anybody willing to run out to their truck, measure the resistance and let me know what the readings are? I'm more than certain that this has to be a sensor that can be easily crossed to somebody else's! But, without the specs from a good one, I can't head down that road... Peace, Paul |
