seems like my truck ('95 D1 auto) is flooding itself out when going up steep hills in 1st gear. example: there is an incredibly steep street near my house I have to go up often. at the base of the hill I go into 1st gear manually, climb the hill, then at the top (when I go back into "D") the truck sputters and runs really rough. when I reach the first stop sign a block away it often stalls, restarts ok, runs rough for a few more blocks, then "cleans" itself out and is fine. ANY IDEAS? thanks! |
