your headlights must be turned on. then they just work in conjunction with your windshield wiper squirties.

So do you rub and caress the headlights. Does that turn them on? |

well, whatever gets the job done ... Lucas is a fickle beast.
generally though, I stick with the conventional “turn of the knob”.
(that sounds dirty anyway, huh?)
