YEA YEA call me a POSER but I decided on the Yellow Kalahari. I`ll be eating Rice and Beans for a while heheh but I could not resist that yellow calling my name! I know it came with some stuff i`ll be replaceing later on like the brush bar but atleast I'll have one for now and I like the lights that are mounted on it. The interior is nice, its part leather and part cloth type material but not the duragrain this stuffs much softer and easier on the BUTT. I have to say its the BEST RIDE ever. I can`t wait to add some mods like lights on the roof rack, diff-guards, skid plats and the other underbody armour, HD springs and other good stuff. Good thing is the wife is hooked on the Disco as well..to bad she won`t be driven it much ..MUHAhahahahahaha!!!! I will get some Pics of it tommorow and send them in so they can get posted. I may even go to Green Ridge and do some Off Roading in it tommorow. I hope to do some wheeling with some of you all soon. Well goto go..gonna go look at the Disco again..hehehe....Later! |

Thanks guys..as soon as the weather clears up here in Maryland i`ll get some pics and send them in!!....It sure is a head turner. I went to the store to get a few things for dinner and when I came out there was about 8 people checking it out. Some dude had a Toyota Land Cruiser and said he was gonna trade it in for a D2, ofcourse then there was a Tard that owned a BMW X5 (I think BMW makes it) and was saying how much better his wanna be SUV was compared to a Rover!! yea right!..I had to laugh and told him " yea yea and i`l be pulling your ass out of the snow next year!!" hehe. |

Oh, another Merliner? I sure haven't seen a Kalahari down here in the holler, so I guess you're north? Isn't it fun having a new Disco? Mine's a plain old White Gold, but they are so scarce down here, people still look! Karen |

Welcome - Just joined the Disco club a few weeks ago and the "yellow fever" is still clouding up my mind. I thought I might miss my RR LWB but it hasn't happened yet - probably never will! The Discovery rocks! Jay Hobbs www.tennessee-rovers.com |
